AUTOCAD WIPEOUT PRINTS BLACK PDF
When i use the wipeout command rather than background mask in the layout as a pdf, for some reason the wipeout prints as a black block. I am having problems with Printing pdf that i have made form a AutoCAD. I use the “wipeout” command. when I make the pdf it looks fine. Free AutoCAD applications, utilities, routines, add-ons and tools download. I print the PDF file there are some “black blocks”, they should be the wipeouts in.

Is there a reason why you’re specifically using a wipeout as opposed to a textmask? I tried looking through the posts and related topics here auutocad ultimately tested creating an EPS file and running through distiller to get PDF. Here are some more links.

Posted September 19, I too have experienced this issue when using wipeouts. If your using a adobe print driver you will have this issue.

I have no idea- don’t use it wipwout for PDF’s but just textmasked all the text on the drawing I’m currently working on, plotted to PDF and it’s as I would expect, no visible black blocks I have a concern that implementing this configuration rpints on an ICS server might break something else I found this happened when white was set to black in the plot style table stylesmanager from commandline.

What PDF driver are you using? I’m sure there are numerous threads on this topic. It’s definitely the wipeout and not the table, I tried another drawing with polygonal wipeouts. Was a printer driver issue. Auttocad file printed directly to PDF plots with the wipeouts black.
After some experimentation with the RGB value, I did manage to create a PDF that did not have the wipeout area shown much to my amazement. Looking at the PDF its fine, but when I try plotting the wipeout area prints out as a black shape. Have you checked out the ‘Similar Threads’ section found at the bottom of this page?
