When i use the wipeout command rather than background mask in the layout as a pdf, for some reason the wipeout prints as a black block. I am having problems with Printing pdf that i have made form a AutoCAD. I use the “wipeout” command. when I make the pdf it looks fine. What PDF driver are you using? I’m sure there are numerous threads on this topic. It’s definitely the wipeout and not the table, I tried another drawing with polygonal wipeouts. Was a printer driver issue. Auttocad file printed directly to PDF plots with the wipeouts black.

After some experimentation with the RGB value, I did manage to create a PDF that did not have the wipeout area shown much to my amazement.
